As we head into the weekend, today’s the day to celebrate the top new hires and promotions at agencies around the world this week.

Badger Agency

Badger Agency hired Caitlin Ewing as its new executive creative director. Ewing will work across Badger clients including Olay, Target, Clairol and Wella.

Basket welcomed Lee Lythe as its new chief marketing officer. Lythe will lead multi-channel user acquisition and build out publisher and retailer networks.

Billups

Billups named Stephanie Gutnik as its new global chief strategy officer. The former Yahoo executive will develop and execute the agency’s international product roadmap and go-to-market strategy to promote the adoption of DOOH and present of OOH in advertising.

Dynata

Dynata hired Brad Brockhaug as its first chief commercial officer. Brockhaug will lead the development and execution of Dynata’s global commercial strategy with a goal to achieve sustained profitable revenue growth and expansion into new markets.

ECI Media Management

Lauren Collie joined ECI Media Management as global media director. Collie will provide client leadership and industry-leading media expertise to all companies within the agency’s U.S. portfolio.

Element

Element named Renae Leary as chief commercial officer. Leary will join the operating board and be responsible for leading the commercial strategy to drive growth and ensure customer-centric decision making processes.

Finn Partners

Finn Partners promoted Kristina King to partner of its financial services practice. King has played a pivotal role in driving growth and client success since joining the firm in 2021.

Gravy Films

Gravy Films signed Kendall Goldberg for U.S. commercial representation. Goldberg is known for her directorial work that blends genres, with a focus on comedy.

Havas Media Network

Havas Media Network promoted Nick Wright from managing director of Havas Entertainment to its newly created role of chief growth officer of HMN. Wright will develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy as the agency aims for holistic growth across its organization.

Imre

Imre made two new key appointments to its senior leadership team. Machelle Henks was named evp of strategy and Shannon Moylan was named svp of public relations.

Jump! Innovation

Natalia Walters joined jump! Innovation as innovation director. Walters will work across global brands in FMCG, travel and tourism, alcohol, fashion, entertainment and technology.

Max Connect Digital

Max Connect Digital named Frank Imler as its new creative director. Imler will lead the company’s creative department and assist with new business ventures and overall brand management.

Movement Strategy

Movement Strategy hired Joe DeSalazar as evp head of accounts. DeSalazar will lead the account management team and consistently find new and creative ways to drive client growth.

Ogury

Ogury named Wilfried Schobeiri as chief technology officer. Schobeiri will work to further strengthen the company’s unique technology platform.

Omnicom Media Group

Omnicom Media Group named Dan Clays as the new CEO of EMEA. Clays will oversee strategy, operations and the development and adoption of transformative capabilities to support OMG agencies.

Onetag

Onetag named Filippo Gramigna as chief operating officer. Gramigna will tap into his expertise in business development, partnerships and marketing to lead the company’s commercial operations, marketing and partnerships.

Pinnacle Advertising & Marketing Group

Pinnacle Advertising & Marketing Group has appointed Doug Jones to the dual role as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Jones brings more than 25 years of strategic leadership across business development, strategic planning, operations, process improvement and financial management.

Publicis Sport & Entertainment

Publicis Sports and Entertainment welcomed Josh Phillips as head of music. Phillips’ new role includes driving focus on trends within the industry, building confidence with brands and delivery more specialized services to clients.

Raptive

Raptive named Marc McCollum as its new evp of innovation. McCollum will work to double down on the company’s priority to develop new revenue streams for creators and protect their interests as artificial intelligence continues to rise.

Relo Metrics

Relo Metrics named a new advisory board, packed with industry leaders. The charter members of the board include Samuel Rueff, Jamie West and Dana Venino

Rethink

Rethink hired Tara Lawall as executive creative director in New York. Lawall will work to shape Rethink’s work and build and mentor the creative team.

Rise at Seven

Rise at Seven named Will Hobson as vice president of public relations in the U.S. Hobson will champion the growth of the PR team and lead the digital PR industry across North America.

Sid Lee

Sid Lee named two new executives to its U.S. leadership team. Bruno Luglio was named executive creative director and Melissa Cabral was named vp, head of strategy.

Ten Feet Tall

Ten Feet Tall named Amanda Zarle as its new svp of strategy. Zarle will lead strategy and research efforts for a portfolio of clients at its agency.

The Considered

The Considered signed June Laffey as executive creative coach. Laffey spent over a decade leading creative at McCann Health and was selected as the second woman ever to chair the Cannes Lions Health Pharma Awards in 2017.

We Are Social U.S.

We Are Social U.S. boosted its leadership team with a new hire and two promotions. Kyle Bunch was hired as svp culture communications and innovation, Dana Neujahr was promoted to managing director and Chris Lee was promoted to head of account services.

Worldcom OOH

Worldcom OOH welcomed Eric Marotel to its global team to manage European operations for Worldcom OOH, CAS, TDT and the Gestionar Esperanzas Foundation. Marotel will manage teams and operations, drive progress of each company and develop regional clients in Europe and globally.

Zambezi

Zambezi promoted Matt Babazadeh to head of strategy. Known as Baba, he will develop the agency’s cross-divisional integrated strengths and growth the company’s strategy team.
