AutogenAI named Elizabeth Lukas as CEO, Americas. Lukas’s appointment is a crucial milestone in the company’s expansion into the U.S. market.

Avenue Z

Avenue Z hired David Corchado as chief strategy and technology officer. Corchado will lead technological investment and utilization of data science.

BETC

BETC made two new promotions to its leadership team. Mathilde Lancon was named deputy managing director and Chrystle Jung was named creative director.

Biscuit Filmworks

Daniel Shatford joined Biscuit Filmworks for commercial representation in the U.S. and the U.K. Shatford is known for finding simplicity and honesty in every story and employing expert comedic timing and relatable characters.

Brave Bison appointed Laura Crofton-Atkins as chief operating officer. Buster Dover was also promoted to chief business officer as the executive team aims to drive future growth.

Cedara welcomed Gerry D’Angelo to its advisory board. D’Angelo brings expertise from his previous role as vp of global media at Procter & Gamble.

Channel Factory named Sujoyee Chatterjee as senior director of product marketing. Chatterjee will work to demonstrate the company’s proposition globally and drive growth across regions.

Clyde Health named Kate Rom as its new vice president. Rom will collaborate with the company’s leadership team to director and grow existing client business while also growing new client acquisition.

Cutwater made two new hires to its creative and social media departments. Amy Su was named as creative director and Justin Juul as director of social.

DDB Group Hong Kong

DDB Group Hong Kong named Izmael Crespo as creative director. Crespo brings experience as an art-based creative director that has won 10 Lions, including one for the Corona Lime campaign that led to China’s first-ever Titanium Lions win.

Dentsu

Dentsu launched a new global practices structure and made several key appointments. Yasuharu Sasaki was named global chief creative officer, Will Swayne was named global practice president in media and Pete Stein was named global practice president in CXM.

Empower

Empower appointed Alexander Marshall as president and chief growth officer. Marshall brings a wealth of global media experience across the EMEA, APAC and NAM regions.

Gut

Gut named Natalia Dávila as its first head of strategy in the U.S. Dávila will oversee strategy for the Miami and Los Angeles offices.

H&R Block

H&R Block named Teri Daley as its new vice president of corporate communications. Daley will lead internal, external and reputation communications.

H\L

H\L’s Wolfhouse selected Sophia Pellicoro as executive producer. Pellicoro will lead the in-house production team, tapping into experience producing spots for brands like Toyota, Pfizer, Red Lobster and Marriott.

Hartbeat expanded its marketing and branded entertainment division with new senior hires. Janina Lundy joined as evp, head of marketing and brand strategy and Adam Puchalsky joined as evp, global head of Pulse.

HiFi Project named Tarjas White as an executive producer in Los Angeles. White brings over 10 years of experience as a music producer across advertising and entertainment.

HLD Talent

HLD Talent welcomed Dominic Smales as its new non-executive chairman. The founder and former CEO of Gleam Futures brings extensive industry experience to the role.

Imagination welcomed Warren Adcock as production director for its New York City office. Adcock brings over 13 years of experience executing on live productions, pop-up events and large-scale experiential activations for high-profile clients.

Impact+ welcomed Bernie Sham as product marketing director. Sham will drive industry-wide adoption of the company’s solutions.

Incubeta MENA appointed Victoria Webb as its new managing director. Webb will work to enhance the agency’s position as the leading digital solutions partner in the MENA region.

Jack Morton named Kelly Roe its executive creative director. Previously the leader of The Kitchen at Kraft Heinz, Roe brings over 20 years of experience leading integrated campaigns and activations for leading agencies and in-house.

Jung von Matt

Jung von Matt opened a new London office and hired a new U.K. team. The team is led by managing director Rob Conibear and executive creative directors Charlie Hurst and Marcos Gemal.

Landor & Fitch

Landor & Fitch appointed Liz Wilson as group chief integration officer. Wilson will bring together the agency’s growing group of brand and design specialist agencies to create unique integrated client solutions.

LevLane Advertising

LevLane Advertising appointed Josh Lev as the newest president of the agency. Lev will lead day-to-day operations while also focusing on new business development.

Los York 

Tita Poe was hired as executive producer of Los York’s studio. Poe brings a dozen years of experience partnering with brands like Apple, Netflix, Google and Meta.

Missing pieces

Missing pieces signed filmmaker Rebeca Huntt for commercial representation. Huntt is an Afro-Latina director and writer born in New York City with a focus on bringing intention and beauty to every frame.

Publicis Groupe agency Marcel named Léoda Esteve as managing director. In his previous role as co-director of strategic planning and head of new business, Esteve acquired brand deals with clients like Kiehl’s, Lidl and Coach.

Mass Minority

Mass Minority welcomed Cheryl Gosling as its new president. Gosling was chosen due to her proven ability to drive growth at independent agencies through exceptional outcomes and service delivery.

Media.Monks promoted two executives to its C-suite. Deborah Heslip and Laura Davis will serve as co-chief client officers, showcasing the agency’s commitment to delivering clients a unified offering across content, data and digital media and technology services through client service.

Mother’s team in New York made seven new hires to its creative class of 2023. The new hires include Gustavo Dorietto as executive creative director, as well as Paulo Damasceno, Lucas SIlva, Jaye Thompson, Emily Kaufman, Hajung Song and Sam Eaton as creatives.

MRM named Ed Kim as its global chief commerce officer. This newly created role marks an evolution into integrating commerce thinking across all disciplines and markets.

Publicis Media U.K. 

Neil Bornman was named CEO of Publicis Media U.K. and chief product and solutions officer EMEA. Bornman will work to grow the media arm in the U.K. while also scale the adoption of the agency’s global media platforms for clients across EMEA.

Publicis NY

Publicis NY named Tony Lederer as its new evp, head of strategy. Lederer will lead strategy for Citi’s power of one bespoke brand solution, bringing together agency partners from across Publicis Groupe.

Nail Communications

Nail Communications made two new promotions for senior staff members. Christine Grayton is now senior account manager and Simon Allen is senior creative and animator.

Republica Havas Group

Republica Havas Group promoted Gus Fernandez to executive director and chief experience officer. Fernandez will lead operations, production, IT and project management.

Route

Route named Greg Paterson as head of client planning. Paterson brings over 20 years of experience working with clients like Kellogg’s, HSBC, Vauxhall and Microsoft.

Sibling Rivalry Films

Sibling Rivalry Films added Nick Sokoloff to its group of directors. Sokoloff is known for his eye for framing and composition, which led to trailers for studios like Disney, Paramount and Universal.

SocialChain

SocialChain named Amelia Wollaston as head of influencer. Wollaston will drive the agency’s collaborations offering, which provides a best-in-class approach to working in partnership with external creators.

Stagwell

Stagwell welcomed David Sable as vice chair. The former global CEO at Y&R, Sable will drive new solutions for clients, leverage his network of contacts and work with existing clients to boost value with new services.

Parry Jones was named as CEO of The Specialist Works, as well as its parent company What’s Possible Group. The majority of Jones’ time will be spent on The Specialist Works to drive disproportionate outcomes for entrepreneurial brands.

The Voiceover Gallery named Rak Bhattacharjee as head of business development. Alice Murphy, Pip O’Marra and Max Russell also joined in key roles to continue the audio production company’s growth in its London and Manchester offices.

VidMob

VidMob appointed Mainardo de Nardis as executive chairman. De Nardis has served on the board for three years, bringing experience from leadership roles at Omnicom Media Group, OMD Worldwide and Aegis Media.

Wavemaker named Kristin Jones as the new global account lead for Colgate-Palmolive. Jones will work with the agency’s division and local Colgate teams and the WPP Colgate-Palmolive leadership.
