Revolving Door Roster Updates: AICP, Impact+, Varsity & More

It’s Friday! We’re back to celebrate the new hires and promotions at agencies around the globe this week.


360PR+ named Meaghan Kehoe as its new director of influencer marketing. Kehoe will oversee influencer marketing departments for the agency’s clients, including SunnyD, Nintendo and Virgin Atlantic.



The AICP National Board of Directors welcomed two new additions to its leadership slate. Tabitha Mason-Elliot was elected as chairperson and Sally Campbell was elected vice chairperson.

Bloom North

Bloom North named Olivia Waite and Sarah Fleming as its new co-presidents for 2024. Waite and Fleming will champion the advancement of women, addressing important and emerging industry topics.


Bridge appointed Yin Woon Rani as vice chair of its board of directors. She is joined by five additional leaders from Colgate-Palmolive, E&J Gallo, Havas Media, Publicis Group and XR.


Brunner promoted Patrick Culhane to vp of brand strategy. Culhane will lead brand management solutions, enabling companies to connect with customers and stand out in competitive markets.


Buntin named Ann Moran as executive vice president, managing partner and chief of staff. Moran will ensure agency operations remain up to company standards internally and for clients.


CcomGroup named Matias Blazevic as its new vp, executive creative director. Blazevic will be executing campaigns for brands like Don Q Rum, Florida Power & Light and Southeast Toyota.


Publicis Media agency CJ named Santi Pierini as its new CEO. Pierini brings expertise spanning engineering, product and brand marketing and product and business strategy.

DDB Group Italy

DDB Group Italy selected Sonia Magri as its new CEO. Magri has been with the agency since 2019 and held several roles, including head of client services, operations director and general manager.


Hunter named Carl Sorvino as its new executive creative director. Sorvino will lead the creative services department, which spans campaign creative ideation, branding and identity work, digital and social content, design, copywriting, experiential and AI.


Impact+ welcomed Sam Frost as its new senior sales manager, brands and agencies, in the U.K. and Northern Europe. Frost will work to expand the platform’s commercial partnerships and drive growth across the market.

Improbable Media

Improbable Media announced that seasoned media executive Jessica Lindell has joined the newly launched company as vice president, brand partnerships. In her new role, Lindell will be responsible for developing and growing Improbable’s brand relationships.

M&C Saatchi

M&C Saatchi has appointed Jo Bacon to lead its newly-formed U.K. agency. The news follows M&C Saatchi’s reorganization of its U.K. operations into a single group. Bacon joins from Ogilvy, where she has spent nearly three-and-a-half years as Global Client Lead, Ogilvy, WPP.

Maverick Media

Maverick Media promoted Tess Sanders-Smith from head of operations to studio head. Sanders-Smith will lead the agency across the U.K. and North America, leading business strategy, steering commercial direction and strengthening client relationships.


Mediaworks has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of new organic search director, Jack Minot, who formerly held roles at Honcho, Sticky Eyes and Unrvld (formerly Delete).


National welcomed Saeed Selvam to its Toronto office to lead and grow its public affairs practice. Selvam brings experience from roles at Google and New West Public Affairs.

New Items

New Items named Matt Seiler to its board of directors. Seiler brings decades of experience in marketing, branding and talent management.

Republica Havas

Republica Havas made nine promotions across its creative, brand management, health and social content teams. The promotions include Mariana Botran to senior account manager, Adriana Michelin Franco to associate director, project management, Jessica Frías to account manager, Camilo Gomez to associate creative director, Ivan Henao to associate creative director, Brianna Penichet to executive assistant, Nicolle Rincon to account manager and Adrian Williams to strategist.

RSA Films

RSA Films signed comedy duo Peter Martin, comprised of Peter Livolsi and Martin Dix, to its roster for commercial representation. The two are known for their campaigns for brands like Fanta, Ubisoft, FedEx and Cheetos.


Semcasting welcomed Jessica Ackerson as its new vp of media sales. Ackerson will lead efforts to incorporate targeting, measurement and identity solutions into media ad buying strategies of clients.

The 3rd Eye

The 3rd Eye promoted Jennifer Hernandez to senior director, strategy and performance. Hernandez will leverage her media expertise to lead the new department.

The Hooligans Agency

The Hooligans Agency added Aimee Tetrault to its team as head of production. Tetrault will lead the agency’s video production efforts, including all on-location production and post-production.


Varsity named Derek Dunham as its new president. Dunham will lead day-to-day operations to support its national footprint and growing client base.
