Agencies are growing their product and senior leadership teams to continue scaling up in 2024.

AgencyAnalytics announced a new senior leadership team to drive expansion and solidify its commitment to growth and innovation. Cory Thomas joined as vp of engineering, Puneet Mulchandani as vp of product and Dianne Semark as creative director.

Agital named Jamie Farrell as its new svp of marketing. Farrell will work to drive brand awareness and lead generation initiatives for the agency.

Aniview

Aniview named Jason Pedrick its new vp of publisher partnerships in North America. Pedrick will build and expand North American partnerships by tapping its the company’s full spectrum of video solutions.

Azerion

Azerion bolstered its U.K. team with two new senior hires. Dean Nagib was hired as commercial director U.K., and Jonathan Claxton as account director.

Blue Chip

Blue Chip made two new hires to enhance its business development arm. Gregg Berger joined as vp of business development and Cyndi McMaster joined as director of business development.

Brightcove

Brightcove welcomed John Wagner as its new chief financial officer. Wagner will lead all financial operations, planning, accounting and investor relations for the streaming technology company.

Camron

Max Tobias was appointed as the new CEO of Camron. Tobias has been at the agency for 10 years, and will now oversee its client service, strategy, operations and teams in London, New York, Milan and Los Angeles.

Crown + Conquer

Crown + Conquer named Donald Franklin as its new CEO. Franklin brings experience from leadership roles at United Entertainment Group, Edelman and UBS.

Fusion92

Fusion92 welcomed a wave of leadership promotions and new hires. Sue LaRue was hired as evp, strategy and Scott Potter was hired as svp, product. Promotions include Johanna Berger to evp, activation, Rebecca Nuno to svp, account management, Barb McDonald and Monica Jakubiak to vp, account director, Alexis Benbaum to vp, group creative director and Rachel Hancock to vp, marketing and communications.

Havas Chicago

Havas Chicago named Kat Ott as its new co-president. Ott will work alongside co-president and chief creative officer Myra Nussbaum to continue driving growth momentum for the agency.

Imagination

Imagination named Maura Gaudio as head of business development and partnerships in the Americas. Gaudio will work across the New York and Detroit studios to unify the business offering across the North American region.

Iris

Iris named Benita Meswania as its new global chief people officer. Meswania will work to redefine and elevate the agency’s people offering.

M&C Saatchi Group

M&C Saatchi Group named Rob Doubal and Laurence (Lolly) Thomson as global joint chief creative officers. Doubal and Thomson will provide a central focal point for the group’s creative ambitions and activities.

Magid

Magid hired John Rood as its new chief brand and communications officer. Rood will lead marketing and communications to enable the agency to grow its scale and position itself as a leader in consumer intelligence and activation.

Measured

Measured welcomed two new leaders to drive growth across new and existing client bases. Will Post joined as head of sales and Elizabeth Garza joined as svp of customer success.

Method1 welcomed Ian Orekondy as director of media, analytics and innovation. Orekondy will drive collaboration across the agency’s client, strategy, creative, media and analytics teams.

Ogilvy PR
Ogilvy PR expanded its North America leadership team with the addition of Jenn Bins. Bins will serve as evp and North America brand PR lead for WPP Open X, the innovative agency model created for The Coca-Cola Company.

OpenX

OpenX promoted Mitchell Greenway to managing director, APAC. Greenway will lead the company’s operations in Australia, India, Japan, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

PriceWeber

PriceWeber named Barnett Edelen as director of strategy and research. Edelen brings over 25 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management and sales, working with brands like Tylenol, Rolaids and Tostitos.

Recording Academy

The Recording Academy named Adam Roth as executive vice president of global partnerships and business development. Roth will work to grow the academy’s global footprint through the development of integrated partnership programs with industry-leading brands and on-the-ground sponsors.

Something Different

Something Different appointed Corinne Lowry as its first chief client officer. Lowry will lead all client relationships and growth as the agency continues to scale.

Sonic Union

Sonic Union signed Zac Colwell to its roster for representation. Colwell is an award-winning creative director, composer and music artist who has collaborated with top brands, including Samsung, Lexus, Coke, Voyager Collective and Jupiter One.

TBWA\Media Arts Lab

TBWA\Media Arts Lab ANZ welcomed Katie Kidd and Lizzie Wood as the latest additions to its creative teams. Kidd will serve as senior art director and Wood will serve as senior copywriter.

VaynerMedia

VaynerMedia New York appointed Seth Jacobs as its new executive creative director. Jacobs will lead creative initiatives across a range of clients.

Veridooh

Veridooh named Nick Parker as global president. Previously the global COO and OOH media leader at Kinetic, Parker will lead expansion into new markets for the company.
