Revolving Door Roster Updates: Acadia, Convosight, Kin + Carta and More

Revolving Door

Agency leaders everywhere are entering this weekend with something to celebrate. Promotions, new hires and key moves toward the future of creative are driving roster changes at agencies around the world.

Above+Beyond

Above+Beyond brought on two new hires to expand its creative department. Ash Prentice and Tim van der Mee both joined as senior creatives, reporting to Dom Goldman, executive creative director.

Acadia

Rishi Ramano joined growth marketing platform Acadia as CFO, steering the finances of the rapidly expanding digital agency. Ramano is a former EY accounting executive with financial management capabilities and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Bindery

Gabrielle Woodland joined Bindery’s roster of directors. Woodland will work with the film and branded content studio’s clientele, creating enduring stories at the intersection of human and interest.

Birth U.K.

Birth U.K. signed Augusto Giménez Zapiola to its roster. Zapiolo is an awarded commercials director and has experience acting, directing, producing and leading his own production company, Argentinacine.

Chemistry

Chemistry brought on Renee Williams Royal as its vp, head of production, where she will lead the agency’s production arm, Test Tube Productions. Royal will focus on delivery of all production, including broadcast, social and experiential.

Convosight

Brad Hajart joined community marketing platform Convosight as vp of the U.S. market to lead expansion efforts across the country. With over 20 years of experience leading companies in the industry, Hajart previously founded PIE Advertising and sold it to Brand Connections.

Element Productions

Katherine Kennedy joined Element Productions as its West Coast executive producer. With more than 20 years of experience, Kennedy has worked in brand advertising, international network promotions and documentary films. In her new role, she’ll support the agency’s West Coast clientele.

Gretel

Gretel expanded its senior leadership with Anna Sera Garcia as creative director. Sera Garcia has over 14 years of experience in branding and digital and has worked with top brands including the Toronto Raptors, Apple and Airbnb.

Havas Studios

Havas Studios appointed James Sanderson as its global COO. Having previously served as the global head of Wunderman Thompson Inside, Sanderson will now work to develop the global delivery capabilities of Havas Studios’ micro-network of connected content studios.

Jackson Spalding

Jackson Spalding hired Alex Loomis as its integrated creative director to expand the agency’s creative growth and direction. Loomis brings almost 20 years of experience working on campaigns for top brands.

January Digital

January Digital promoted Sarah Engel to president, recognizing her influence in strengthening the company’s marketing and people efforts. Engel will focus on enabling continued rapid growth at the agency.

John McNeil Studio

Creative and strategic brand firm John McNeil Studio expanded its creative department with two new hires. Justin Miller and Mike Pearson are both joining as associate creative directors.

Kin + Carta

Digital transformation consultancy Kin + Carta brought on Andrew Clark as its director of product. Previously a Google heavyweight, Clark will drive product-led organization, focusing on creating digital solutions that are valuable, measurable and sustainable for clients.

Mediaworks

Leigh Gammons joined Mediaworks as its new chief customer officer. Gammons previously served as CEO of Wunderman Thompson Technology and has been honored in the BIMA Top 100 of Britain’s most influential digital operators.

Mirriad

Mirriad expanded its leadership with two new key hires. Matt Douglas joined as head of programmatic partnerships to develop strategic relationships and integrate partners into the Mirriad tech stack. Zac Reeder joined as head of studio partnerships, where he will lead studio, film and TV partnerships.

Nail

Nail Communications hired Christine Grayton as an account manager to focus on the Natural Balance Pet Foods account and contribute to agency marketing.

OBP

OBP hired Jody Sadler as its vp, media strategy director. Sadler will lead the agency’s paid media strategy for its portfolio of client partners.

OS Studios

Culture and gaming agency OS Studios brought on television, reality and gaming veteran Eric Fischman as its head of creative. Fischman will lead strategic development for clientele across company divisions.

Republica Havas

Creative, media and communications agency Republica Havas brought on Saif Ishoof as an innovator in residence. Ishoof previously founded Lab22c, and will now be creating opportunities and partnerships in technology, innovation and culture, particularly focusing on blockchain, the metaverse and web 3.0.

Rise and Shine

Matt Burgess joined Rise and Shine as a partner and chief creative officer. With big brand experience and a progressive creative outlook, Burgess will oversee agency creative output and drive cross-team progression.

Rise at Seven

Ben Kendrick joined creative consultancy Rise at Seven as its vp of content marketing and is working to drive growth for the agency with industry-leading content marketing and search-first public relations work.

RP3 Agency

Darryl Green joined RP3 Agency as its new director of production, leading the agency’s production group and content lab. Greene is a four-time Emmy award-winning producer who previously served as a senior produce of multi-platform original content at NBC Sports.

Solve(d)

IPG Health growth accelerator agency Solve(d) brought on Andrea Hartman as its evp, media strategy and activation. Hartman will lead the 90-plus team member media department and drive success across the agency’s portfolio of clients.

Trailer Park Group

David Zuaiter joined entertainment and content production company Trailer Park Group as chief operating officer. Zuaiter will oversee finance, legal, IT and operations.

Vibrant Media

Vibrant Media expanded its roster with two key hires. Brandon Rea is now the agency’s vice president of sales, and Austin Inglett will serve as its ad operations manager.

VMLY&R

VMLY&R expanded its roster with two new senior appointments. Aimee Pagano joined VMLY&R as its global head of talent acquisition and Tasha Gilroy was promoted to global chief equity, inclusion and belonging officer.

We Are Royale

Creative production company We Are Royale appointed two new key positions. Jason Cook is joining the agency as executive creative director to work alongside newly-promoted executive creative director Loren Judah.

Weber Shandwick

Weber Shandwick welcomed Josh McGuire as its group creative director in Baltimore. Having previously served as group creative director for 160over90 and VMLY&R, McGuire has worked with top clients including New Balance, McDonalds and Pfizer.

XenoPsi

Digital first marketing consultancy XenoPsi welcomed Paul Nelson as the managing director of its marketing and advertising division. Nelson previously spent 27 years at Arnold Worldwide, managing the agency’s Jack Daniel’s global portfolio of brands.
