Agencies everywhere are closing out Q3 with strategic acquisitions, industry-leading partnerships, awards and recognitions.

Adsposure

Adsposure was named the official advertising partner of Western Reserve Transit Authority. The agency will work to get in front of media buyers, utilize creative ad formats to maximize revenue and bring in additional funds to WRTA.

Canvas Worldwide

Canvas Worldwide opted to resign its lease at 74 Varick Street in New York. The 18,000 square foot lease hosts up to 80 employees, which the agency says works perfectly with its two-day a week hybrid work policy.

ClearPier

ClearPier acquired MQuest, a Dubai-based media quest group, for $35 million. This is the latest of ClearPier’s acquisitions, following the buying of PubPlus, Cygobel and Hang My Ads in 2022.

ColinKurtis Advertising

ColinKurtis Advertising won three 2023 Summit Creative awards. It won gold for B2B website for client CuliNex, silver for B2B website for ADM/Matsutani and bronze for print advertising B2B/trade for FFP.

Connective3

Connective3 launched c360, a creative campaigns service. The service is already being utilized by global beauty company Avon to support its social media and influencer marketing activity ahead of its new product launch.

Confidant

Confidant was named as the creative agency and PR agency of record for snack brand MadeGood. The agency worked with MadeGood to launch a new brand platform and brand refresh.

Elephant

IPG creative company Elephant led a rebrand for Grayscale Investments in honor of the 10th anniversary of its firm and flagship fund. The new brand identity reflects the firm’s evolution and future-forward commitment to investors.

Five by Five

Five by Five was chosen as the strategic partner for The GelBottle. The agency will reposition and relaunch The GelBottle’s Academy, which aims to inspire and educate the next generation of nail technicians and educators in the industry.

Goodway Group

Goodway Group secured a spot on Newsweek’s top 100 most loved workplaces list for 2023. Ranking 65, the company was praised for its workplace culture built on respect, inspiration, appreciation and employee-centric values.

Known

Known was selected as the media agency of record for the CW Network. The agency will lead full-service media strategy, planning, buying and optimization across the network’s media channels.

Mekanism

Mekanism acquired Spanish hybrid design studio Zapiens. The move aims to bolster Mekanism’s digital capabilities as part of an aggressive growth strategy.

Mirakl and Havas

Mirakl and Havas announced a global partnership to create what they expect to be the most powerful independent retail media network. The partnership will provide seamless access to Mirakl’s AI-powered technology to Havas clients, enabling them to launch and grow their marketplaces.

O2kl Advertising opened a new office in St. Louis. The move both expands the agency’s media and analytics capabilities, and reinforces its commitment to deliver exceptional services to clients.

Omnicom Media Group

Omnicom Media Group was awarded the majority of Uber’s global media account. The agency was chosen for its ability to deliver best-in-class capabilities across all markets.

Serviceplan

Serviceplan, House of Communication Munich, was awarded the global creative budget of Lufthansa. The agency will work to redesign marketing communications of Lufthansa.

The Bloc

The Bloc is launching a new global vision and strategic plan for growth. Leveraging strategic acquisitions and joint ventures, the plan aims to reinforce industry leadership and accelerate growth.

The Kite Factory

The Kite Factory picked up the media brief for Ricola U.K. The agency will lead the brand’s media planning and buying account.

WPP

WPP opened a new campus in Paris. The campus welcomes 18 WPP agencies and 2,000 collaborators, all working together in one creative space in Levallois-Perret.
