This week’s agency moves bring partnerships, new agency launches and initiatives for the greater good.

AFG&

AFG& was appointed by Nestlé Purina to lead digital content strategy and creative for its portfolio of pet care brands. The agency partnered with Craft and Thrive to create a digital content studio, Purina Pet Hubs, which serves the company in 20 Latin American markets.

AppsFlyer

Mobile marketing analysis and attribution platform AppsFlyer partnered with not-for-proft marketing trade body MMA Global to release a privacy benchmarking study. The study surveyed 150 senior marketing and data privacy leaders to explore the complex landscape of data privacy.

Assertive Yield

Assertive Yield, a total ad revenue management and optimization solution for publishers, is partnering with carbon intelligence platform Cedara. The two will work together to empower publishers to accelerate their journey towards achieving net zero emissions.

Brainlabs

Brianlabs acquired Sparro, the largest independent digital media agency in Australia, bringing its subsidiary agency Jack Nimble with it. The acquisition furthers Brainlabs’ mission to become the world’s largest independent media agency.

CHS

Leading tech retailer Currys appointed creative agency CHS following a competitive pitch to lead a large-scale strategic project set to unfold throughout the first quarter of 2024.

Cream

Advertising agency Cream was awarded B Corp certification. This further solidifies the agency’s position as one to collaborate with progressive businesses to drive growth.

CTI Digital

CTI Digital was chosen to lead digital marketing activities for outdoor adventure company Zip World. The agency is tasked with driving an uplift in traffic, conversion and sales through paid advertising and SEO.

Digitas

Digitas was named media agency of record for protective skincare and beauty brand Supergoop. The partnership will include paid search, paid social, display, video, retail strategy, influencer and data and analysis.

For the Right Reasons

Award winning PR strategist Jessica Hartley launched For the Right Reasons in Amsterdam. The industry veteran created her new venture to amplify progressive campaigns and help make big ideas bigger.

Gopuff

Arizona Beverages is expanding Arizona Hard, its spiked tea and juice line, into a nationwide brand starting January 29. The expansion six months after its initial launch, and is now complemented by Gopuff to grow distribution.

Hoxton Projects

Former OnlyFans CEO Amrapali Gan launched her new venture, Hoxton Projects. This is a strategy advisory empowering forward-thinking business to expand their influence and achieve their goals.

MSix&Partners

Govia Thameslink Railway appointed mSix&Partners as its new media agency of record. The agency will provide omnichannel marketing communications services, including media and digital strategy, media planning and buying, PPC and SEO.

Prosek Partners

Prosek Partners and Becca, two women-owned communications and marketing agencies at the top of their respective fields, are joining forces, with Prosek making a minority investment in Becca.

Splash Box Marketing

Splash Box Marketing won several awards in 2023 at the Stevie Awards, Inc.’s Best in Business Awards and the Great Companies Awards. In 2024, the agency is expanding into magazine creation and SEO optimization.

WPP

WPP joined two of its largest communications agencies, BCW and Hill & Knowlton, to form Burson. Burson will serve as a powerhouse delivering modern communications leadership at scale to clients globally.
