Associated Luxury Hotels International acquired 62Above. The acquisition enables ALHI to expand its services for global members and network across strategy, creative development, paid media, public relations and social media.



Aarki launched a new AI-powered mobile marketing platform. The platform works to advance mobile advertising with AI and privacy-centric solutions, all aiming to increase ROI on mobile growth marketing campaigns.


BBN has added two APAC agencies to its partnership to continue expanding its offerings to clients around the world. The two new partners are Brew Interactive and Custom Media.

Big Idea Advertising

Big Idea Advertising unveiled its rebrand for St. Maarten Tourism Bureau. The refresh includes a new log, branding and tagline to represent the island’s reputation for fun and nightlife.


BMF was named as the PR agency of record for three iconic U.S. hotels. The agency will now lead messaging and PR for The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and Club and The Ritz Carlton, San Francisco.


Cadastra added Digital Ethos to its brand portfolio. The addition expands Cadastra into the U.K. market, enhancing its role as a global leader in digital transformation, data analytics and business strategy.


Chase launched Chase Media Solutions to connect its 80 million U.S. consumers with brands they love. The platform delivers customers cash back and helps brands drive sales and business growth.


Crimtan and Fast Train Media are partnering to revolutionize travel advertising. The partnership will leverage Crimtan’s expertise in programmatic advertising with Fast Train Media’s first-party data to provide advertisers with cutting-edge digital advertising solutions.

Femme Noire

Femme Noire launched to provide Black women entrepreneurs with training and mentorship to start successful businesses. The program provides community, empowerment and skills building for members throughout various stages of business development.

Five0 Consulting

Five0 Consulting launched to help businesses connect with consumers 50 and above. The consultancy aims to reframe agencies’ and brands’ views of the 50+ community, showing that they are America’s predominant demographic.


Joel Pilger, a global studio advisor, launched Founder Forum, a member-driven private network for the agency and creative world’s leaders. The forum already has 269 members worldwide.


French/West/Vaughan has been selected to provide public relations and social media support for Freedom Solar Power, a turnkey solar installation companies.

Griffin Archer

Griffin Archer was named as the creative agency of record for Ziebart International. The agency will develop and produce content for all media channels, while also conducting a full strategy analysis and media plan for global brand awareness.


Predictive marketing and PR agency Hahn acquired MedVoice PR. The acquisition adds a health dimension to Hahn’s already robust food and beverage portfolio.


Isobel was appointed as the creative agency for Australian wine brand [ yellow tail ]. The agency will lead brand strategy and create for the brand’s U.K. market.

Laughlin Constable

Independent full-service agency Laughlin Constable has been named the creative agency of record and strategic partner for Nordic Naturals, a global provider of premium vitamins and supplements, and a leading producer of omega-3 fish oil supplements in the U.S.

Luckie & Company

Luckie & Company acquired Marbury Creative Group, an Atlanta-based agency known for work in the pharma, food and beverage and hospitality industries. The acquisition expands Luckie’s positioning in content, search engine marketing and media strategy and planning.


MoPOP partnered with three leading agencies to expand its global recognition. Scout Lab, Pollinate and Iris Worldwide will all work with MoPOP to advance its mission.


Snap launched Snap Advanced Partner Program for agencies and partners. This provides participating partners the opportunity to work closely with Snapchat to create innovative solutions that build stronger brand campaigns and drive results.

The Independents

The Independents group acquired Sunshine, which was founded by Al MacCuish. This follows a recent uprise in heritage brands investing in entertainment to take control of their storytelling.


Quigley-Simpson launched Gantic, a response-based programmatic marketplace company. The offering is dedicated to the creation of data-driven, curated, large-scale programmatic marketplaces.


WorkInProgress launched Opening Shot and is calling on brands and agencies to join. The DEI effort provides candidates from underrepresented backgrounds the opportunity to attend a real-life advertising production.
