Revolving Door Agency Moves: Baldwin&, Kepler, PMG & More

We’re halfway through Q1 and agencies are kicking off new partnerships, moving to expanded HQs and preparing for a cookieless future with expanded capabilities.

AblesonTaylor

AblesonTaylor was awarded with new employee culture awards. The WorkLife awards were given to the agency for best onboarding process and best wellness program.

AdLib

Advertising software company AdLib has fully integrated with Infillion’s portfolio, including the MediaMath DSP. Now, AdLib’s customers will have seamless access to CTV and mobile inventories and greater opportunities to engage diverse audiences. The news follows Infillion’s acquisition of MediaMath earlier this year.

Baldwin&

Baldwin& has partnered with the Council for Entrepreneurial Development and the North Carolina School Boards Association. The agency will work with both organizations to support business growth and address issues facing the public school system.

Collectively

Collectively was chosen by Haleon as its principal U.S. influencer marketing partner. The three-year partnership will work to accelerate the role of influencer and creator content for Haleon’s iconic brands, which include Advil, Sensodyne and Tums.

Dagger

Dagger was chosen to lead the brand transformation of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The partnership yielded its first campaign, “For the Greater Atlanta,” repositioning the agency into a modern multimedia company.

EGC Group

The EGC Group was selected to join AMIN Worldwide (Advertising and Marketing Independent Network), a global alliance of forward-thinking agencies. Joining the network positions the agency to deliver more innovative and effective solutions to clients. EGC Group is the sole member agency headquartered in the New York City Metro and Long Island area.

Elvis and Cirkle

Birds Eye chose elvis as its new creative agency for U.K.-managed brand campaigns. It will work alongside Cirkle, which was chosen as the lead agency for Birds Eye’s U.K. PR and social channel engagement.

Hero Digital

Hero Digital was chosen to help Calix create and launch a new website on Adobe experience manager. Hero Digital led the end-to-end web build, from creative design to technology implementation.

Involved Media USA

Involved Media and Broadbeam Media partnered to rebrand together as Involved Media USA. The new agency’s mission is to partner with growing brands and mid-market spenders who are often overlooked by larger agencies.

Kepler

Kepler attained the Meta marketing science certifications. The agency is one of the first to attain the certification, which requires analytics professionals to prove skills in measurement strategies, data manipulation, insight generation, experimental design and statistical methods.

Leavingstone

Digital creative agency Leavingstone won gold at the Anthem Awards, making it the first from The Republic of Georgia to do so. The award, in the National Awareness category, was given for the agency’s work on the Fruits of Heroism campaign, created for the Institute of Freedom of Information and Zinc Network.

N6KRMA

AI-powered digital marketing and communications agency, N6 Powered by KRMA, acquired West of Fairfax. The acquisition expands the agency’s capabilities in content creation, platform management and strategy, influencer marketing and paid advertising.

Nest Commerce

Nest Commerce won two new clients in female fashion, Saint + Sofia and Damson Madder. It will lead all creative and full-funnel performance strategy for both brands.

The One Club

The One Club for Creativity and The 3% Movement have announced 34 young creatives from 16 countries as the latest winners in Next Creative Leaders, recognizing women, trans, and non-binary creatives on the rise. Now in its ninth year, Next Creative Leaders is a free portfolio competition that identifies, celebrates and gives a global platform to qualified creatives across all regions who are making their mark with both their work and a unique point of view on creative leadership that’s changing the industry for the better. See all the winners here.

PMG

PMG opened its new headquarters in Dallas after a year of more than 20% annual revenue growth. The office holds more than 300 employees and comes with new additions like a coffee bar, creative production studio and innovation lab.

PR Council

The PR Council (PRC) and Canadian Council of Public Relations Firms (CCPRF) have merged, uniting two leading associations dedicated to strengthening the recognition and role of public relations firms. This represents the first North American expansion of the PR Council, bringing 19 leading Canadian agencies and Canadian offices of global firms into the network.

Publicis Groupe EMEA

Publicis Groupe EMEA invested in the B2B launch of Publicis Pro. This new B2B offering brings together the expertise of acquired agency Octopus Group with the strength and depth of Publicis Groupe.

Sensis

Sensis, a leading cross-cultural agency, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The agency, which states it is the largest 100% minority-owned advertising agency in the country, is known for bringing brands and cultures together through creative and groundbreaking campaigns.

Shade Group

Shade Group was chosen as the new PR agency of record for Cumberland Packing Corp. The agency will lead public relations, marketing and partnerships for the company.

Soko

Brazilian independent agency Soko is unveiling its new unit and methodology, Walk, to showcase its creative approach in combating persistent, negative imagery in marketing messages as part of its work with Unstereotype Alliance Brazil Chapter. The Unstereotype Alliance Global Member Summit is hosted annually by Unstereotype Alliance, an initiative convened by UN Women.

St. Luke’s

St. Luke’s was chosen as the lead creative agency for Checkatrader. The agency’s work will span the consumer and trade offerings, including all brand communications for the company.

Swell Media

Swell Media was chosen as the dedicated media planning and buying agency for Meet the People. The agency joins a cohort of agencies working under the operating unit model of Meet the People.

The BLK & Bold Foundation

BLK & Bold launched The BLK & Bold Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The organization aims to create sustainable and impactful change in underserved communities.

TMW Unlimited

TMW Unlimited was chosen as the integrated creative, content and CRM agency of record for Suzuki. The agency will lead the delivery of integrated creative campaigns and content across all major platforms.

Warschawski

Warschawski is expanding its client portfolio with two new additions. Its new clients, Fabric and Spec Seats, will both unveil marketing plays at the 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis.

Worldwide Partners

Worldwide Partners welcomed four new agencies to its independent agency network. MVRK, The Group, Tigerbond Group and Digital Radish have all signed on to the holding company alternative.
