Revolving Door Agency Moves: Agital, Crowe PR, Real Chemistry & More

This week’s agency moves theme is acquisitions. Spanning across the industry, companies are joining forces to create greater impact for clients.

Agital

Arizona-based agency Highnoon rebranded and integrated its services, team members and data platform into Agital. Its proprietary analytics platform, Monocle, will be rebranded as Visualize and integrated into Agital’s impact technology platform.

Agital also acquired Go Fish Digital. The acquisition will enable the agency to bring clients a more comprehensive suite of marketing services and maximize digital growth potential.

Boldsquare

Boldsquare partnered with the University of Tennessee to create a new undergraduate course that will prepare marketing professionals for work in agencies. The course will include in-person academic theory and teaching, asynchronous content from the Boldsquare team and real-world marketing agency experience.

Canvas Worldwide

Canvas Worldwide teamed up with Brand Innovators and launched a report on the state of sports marketing and partnerships in 2024. The two brands will present an editorial series on the topic during the Brand Innovators sports marketing summit in Las Vegas from February 7-9.

Croud

Digital marketing agency Croud has been named banking app Chime’s brand planning agency. Croud has been tasked with increasing brand awareness and familiarity in the U.S. by leveraging new channels to drive growth.

Crowe PR

Upon celebrating its nine year anniversary, Crowe PR acquired Eckis Marketing. The acquisition aims to amplify the agency’s integrated public relations offering.

Curious Jane

Curious Jane was chosen to lead consumer marketing for three residential brands under Empower Brands. The agency will develop creative and implement paid media campaigns for Archadeck Outdoor Living, Conserva Irrigation and Outdoor Lighting Perspectives.

Digital Turbine

Global growth solutions Digital Turbine partnered with Korean app market One Store to elevate the mobile experience in the Korean App Market. The partnership aims to revolutionize the user experience, unlocking new growth opportunities for mobile operators and app developers.

Hero Next Door

Hero Next Door was recently launched by Glen Taylor and Ross DelConte, both ex-Taylor James. The new agency aims to empower creative agencies and brands to generate nearly unlimited content as needed.

Huge

Huge launched Culture Decoder, a comprehensive cultural data analysis data. The tool enables companies to enhance brand relevance and strengthen customer connections.

InnoVision Marketing Group

InnoVision Marketing Group was named agency of record for San Diego-based tax law firm Brotman Law. The agency will oversee and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across channels.

Kepler

Kepler launched a new brand refresh. Focused on its “The Future in Focus” positioning, the rebrand represents the agency’s role as a change agent in marketing and media.

Quad

Marketing experience company Quad acquired in-store digital media solutions provider Dart Innovation. The acquisition enabled brands and marketing to offer consumers an integrated purchasing journey in any environment.

Quality Experience

Quality Experience (QX) has launched. The new agency from Ari Weiss, also boasts new partners Colleen Leddy (former Droga5), Cristina Reina (former McCann North America), and Dan Gonda (former CEO, Droga5) joining as CSO, CCO, and CEO, respectively. Quality Experience is an independent advertising agency built on the core belief that experience is everything and everything is an experience.

Real Chemistry

Real Chemistry acquired full service marketing agency Avant Healthcare. The acquisition more than doubled the parent agency’s present medical team, enabling clients to access unparalleled expertise in HCP engagement and communications.

S4Capital

Media.Monks, S4Capital’s operating brand, launched Studio.Monks to unite its creative content services globally. The new capability combines discipline cross film, 3D pipelines, creativity at scale, production and innovation worldwide.

Tegan Digital

Tegan Digital was chosen to streamline and elevate Minneapolis-based nonprofit People Serving People’s brand presence. The agency will lead a comprehensive redesign and development of two new sites, covering copywriting, design and strategy.

The PR Council

The PR Council updated its ethical guidelines on generative AI tools in public relations. The updated guidelines account for the current state of AI, including common use cases across agencies and guidance on disclosure to clients and employee training.
