Voice-focused digital consultancy RAIN expanded its executive teams in Seattle and Utah with a pair of hires each filling new roles for the agency.

“As the market matures, our clients are increasingly focused on addressing more complex, systemic voice integrations,” RAIN CEO Nithya Thadani said in a statement. “To push the envelope on what’s possible, we’re tapping executives that can deliver greater value to our clients, while also spearheading our west coast expansion.”

Terra Reilly (pictured above) joins RAIN’s Utah office as managing director, tasked with overseeing the office as well as company-wide operations and production. She arrives at the consultancy from MRM//McCann, where she most recently served as vice president, director of marketing technology strategy and worked with clients including Verizon, Exxon, Cisco, the United States Postal Service, Fitbit and Sam’s Club and helped build up a technology consulting practice. Before arriving at MRM//McCann as a strategy director in April of 2014, she served as CEO and director of client services for Captive Orbit, the boutique agency she founded in Seattle.
