Ogilvy Appoints Gustavo Martinez to Dual Global Roles

Ogilvy has appointed Gustavo Martinez to the newly created role of Global New Business Director as well as Global Director of the agency’s Global Brand Management unit. Martinez, who is currently COO of Ogilvy Latina, will relocate to New York and assume his new post(s) on February 1.

The Argentinean native–who holds a PhD in Economics, is multilingual and is a snappy dresser from the looks of this pic–began his advertising career in 1992, first establishing Saatchi & Saatchi’s media services agency Zenith Media and then serving as head of McCann Erickson Barcelona before joining Ogilvy Buenos Aires in 2000.
