Crispin’s looking for various “innovative” types in its latest set of job openings. First up, the agency is seeking a Senior Experience Designer. Qualifications verbatim below:

“-5+ years of interaction design experience, with wire frames, data flows, and site maps to show.

-The ability to clearly communicate ideas, decisions, and reasoning to a non-technical audience is vital; because lets face it, you’re a new breed of thinker and we are counting on you to lead the way and make it as accessible as possible.

-An almost perverse obsession with InDesign is a must; however, there is the potential to work in other apps as well.

-A willingness to multitask is a huge plus, since we’d hate to bore you. Expect to juggle multiple projects and clients regularly.

-Experience with mobile campaigns and global dot com redesigns with sites upwards of 1000 pages.

-Extra credit: a programming background and experience working on interactive campaigns outside the web”

Skills:
-A creative, solutions-driven mentality
-Experience juggling multiple projects and clients, industry expertise at a recognized agency or client
-Working knowledge of live action shoots, talent issues and licensing technologies
-Has proficiency in web technologies such as Flash, Silverlight, HTML, Java, Ajax, FTP, server setups and video compression.
-An understanding of the capabilities and limitations of graphics programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Freehand. Candidate should be proficient with project management programs such as Visio, MS Project, FastTrack, and PMX, and have strong written and oral skills.
