Last night in Murray Hill some 700 dodgeballers showed up at a giant gym in hopes of breaking a Guinness World record for the biggest game ever. They did it, but behind it all was social ma agency Mr. Youth, which was on assignment for Samsung Mobile.

New York TimesCityRoom reports that among the players were a shirtless teacher and a man who attempted to draw sympathy from opponents by wearing lens-less glasses. It didn’t work &#151 he got pwned in the face.

The 700+ players donned either blue or yellow jerseys and hurled non-traditional dodgeballs made of a soft foam. Purists weren’t too happy with the fake balls, reports CityRoom, but the game broke the world record nonetheless.
