Molly Jamison has been promoted to executive creative director at Arts & Letters. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing talent within the creative department, as well as continuing to lead initiatives for the agency’s partners, including ESPN.

Jamison joined Arts & Letters in 2020 as a creative director where she was responsible for creative on ESPN and Google Photos. During her time with the agency, she has helped grow the ESPN account, expanding brand platforms for the network’s “There’s No Place Like Sports” and the NFL on ESPN’s “Ready for Football,” while adding new ESPN portfolio accounts including the NBA, espnW, College Football, and reviving the beloved “This is Sportscenter” campaign.

“Molly has been such a huge part of the Arts & Letters journey these past few years, not only as a creative director on ESPN, but also as an inspiring leader to everyone in the place,” said Charles Hodges, founder and executive creative director of Arts & Letters. “The entire company couldn’t be more thrilled to have her in this new role where her ability to help people make the best work possible is matched only by her superpower of helping people reach their own potential in a supportive way.”

Hodges went on to say that Jamison is a rare leader who not only helps people see the unseen in what they’re working on, but also in themselves.

Before Arts & Letters, Jamison served as creative director at Fig in New York, working on Ketel One. She started her career as art director and copywriter at Barton F. Graf 9000, later moving to Droga5 and then Wieden+Kennedy NY.

Jamison has led campaigns for brands including Little Caesar’s Pizza, Delta Airlines and Quilted Northern. Her work has earned awards at numerous shows, including the Clios, D&AD, One Show, ADC and Cannes Lions.

With the promotion, Jamison joins the agency’s leadership team and will lead the creative department alongside Hodges and ecd Danielle Flagg.

“Arts & Letters has such immense talent across all departments and a creative bar that drives everyone. The past three years here have been so special, and I am so excited to join the leadership team of the company and lead the creative department alongside Danielle and Charles,” said Jamison.
