Martin Agency Creatives Want to Make You ‘Twitterich’

By Kiran Aditham

If gaining a million Twitter followers in an instant sounds appealing to you (and we’re sure it does for many), here’s your chance at it with a little social experiment called “Twitterich.” Devised by a pair of Martin Agency creatives and launched last Friday, Twitterich”s goal is to reach a million followers, then give it all away to one randomly chosen follower. According to Martin copywriter Neel Williams, the idea has been kicked around “for almost a year” and the only mission, really, “is sitting back and seeing what happens.”

They could be sitting back for a while as the current follower tally is only 529, but hey, as mentioned, it only launched a few days ago. As you can imagine, despite the “fun” nature of this whole project, the Twitterich creators did actually need to draw up some legalese, which is posted on the homepage. But anyhow, if you feel like joining in, you can follow on the Twitterich site itself or on Twitter at @1MillionRicher.
