What is it with Heineken that seems to inspire some pretty nifty ideas, whether it be official spots from Wieden + Kennedy or Facebook-connected bottle openers from a couple of Miami Ad School cats. The latest concept to emerge from the ether comes from Glen Hansen, a European guy who’s worked as a copywriter, art director and graphic designer during his career. Talk about an industry renaissance man. Anyhow, here’s his idea called “Heineken BFF,” a Foursquare-based effort which turns a classic IOU into something tangible. Now who’s thirsty?
