Independent Amsterdam creative agency HarrimanSteel announced the hiring of Robert Novorolsky as executive producer to oversee such accounts as Sonos, Nike, Toms and Patagonia, while also looking for new business opportunities. His responsibilities will span leadership, strategy, marketing and creative process, finance and culture. Novorolsky hails from MediaMonks, the production company Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital bought for $350 million in July, where he was an integrated producer.
A little more on Novorolsky:
Past agencies: MediaMonks, YourMajesty, FROB (which he founded), Vamos
Key previous client work: Adidas, Old Spice, Samsung, Philips, L’Or Espresso, Spotify, Pepsi
Awards: Worked on two FWA award-winning projects.
Fun facts: Before he dived into branding and digital, Novorolsky was a professional lacrosse player and set up a travel company at the age of 22 that brought U.S. players across the globe. He moved to Germany at 24, where he coached the National Women’s Team.
“HarrimanSteel has a strong reputation for creating meaningful brand experiences that drive results,” Novorolsky said. “I’m excited to join in this key leadership position and continue to build the agency’s growth.”
