Bounteous, a digital innovation partner for brands, has acquired Hathway, a digital growth partner for top quick-service restaurant (QSR) and convenience store brands. The combination looks to provide additional capabilities, offerings, talent and depth for both Bounteous and Hathway clients.
Bounteous, which already has restaurant and convenience store clients, including Domino’s, Shake Shack and Wawa, gains access to Hathway’s clients, which include Dash In Food Stores, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Noodles & Co, Panda Express, Raising Canes and Wingstop.
Both Bounteous and Hathway were named to Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies list, each showing over 100% growth over the last few years. Hathway has focused on driving success for top brands through its proprietary NomNom solution, a technology accelerator powering custom digital ordering and loyalty, expediting digital transformations and growing brand appreciation. The agency states that NomNom has driven $2 billion in digital sales to date, as well as over 160 million digital transactions per year across 13,000 restaurant and convenience store locations.

Bounteous’ acquisition of Hathway follows its recent partnership with New Mountain Capital, an investment firm with over $35 billion in assets under management, and acquisition of Lister Digital, a full-service digital transformation consultancy with offices in India and California. These acquisitions have built a global delivery footprint and driven eight-fold growth for the company over the last five years.
