CP+B shored up leadership in its Boulder office with the arrival of an executive creative director and head of business affairs.

Johan Eghammer arrives as executive creative director from Forsman & Bodenfors, working across all accounts, while Trisha Ramdoo joins the agency from TBWA\Media Arts Lab as director of business affairs.

“Talent is the single most important component of our success as an agency, and Trisha and Johan are among the best in the world at their disciplines,” CP+B global chief creative officer Linus Karlsson said in a statement. “This is vital as we continue building a high-performing agency culture based on creativity and ingenuity. Equally important to us, is a culture rooted in humanity and respect. Fortunately, these two are incredibly nice people.”
