Colle McVoy Makes Series of Major Leadership Appointments

Colle McVoy has made several moves to strengthen its leadership team, promoting Jessica Henrichs to president of the agency, hiring Alycia Hamilton to the new position of executive director, account and project management, and promoting Puja Shah to group creative director.

The MDC Partners shop said in a statement that the moves were made to advance efforts to evolve the agency and accelerate growth. This appears to be part of the continued transformation of the Minneapolis agency that began with a reinvention that resulted in Colle McVoy landing over a dozen new clients to its roster in the past year, including AccuWeather, Anytime Fitness, Medtronic and U.S. Bank.

Henrichs, who joined Colle McVoy in late 2019 as managing director, head of client growth, will expand her oversight across all agency disciplines. Over the past year, she helped lead the agency through the reinvention of its integrated model to help land new business.

“Jess has helped us lead the organization during one of the most challenging times in our history and will continue to be instrumental in shaping our continued evolution and growth,” said CEO Christine Fruechte.

Hamilton’s role, a new one for the agency, will unify the agency’s account and project management capabilities under one leader, now a part of the agency’s senior leadership team. She comes to Colle McVoy from Digitas, where she was most recently svp of account management leading the Kimberly-Clark and Delta Dental accounts as well as the portfolio of Mizkan brands.

Shah, a four-year veteran of Colle McVoy, joins the agency’s creative leadership team as group creative director. She has led projects for 3M, Anytime Fitness and Invisalign, among others. Previously, Shah worked at Fallon in Minneapolis, RPA in Los Angeles and Leo Burnett in Mumbai.
