Agency Code and Theory is partnering with digital platform Yext to help brands create and publish content more consistently and quickly across digital channels.

As a Yext partner, the technology-led creative agency will leverage Yext’s AI-powered solutions to optimize brands’ online presence and engage with consumers through a single platform.

The combination of Code and Theory’s content expertise with Yext’s platform is designed to offer clients more ease and control in managing their online presence and enable them to more effectively deliver information to audiences across all digital channels at the local level.

Beyond just content management services, Yext’s “headless” architecture provides site search, search engine optimization, AI-enabled content creation, AI chat and data services and centralized management of listings, reviews and content across a wide array of third-party apps, search, sites, voice assistants and other digital touchpoints. These services can be combined with a brand’s existing customer data platforms, and other data sources, to deliver more personalized experiences to customers.

“Through this partnership, we are doubling down on our tech capabilities,” said David DiCamillo, chief technology officer at Code and Theory in a statement. “Yext has amassed a very sophisticated and integrated solution that will keep our clients ahead of the technical curve. Its use of generative AI across its platform delivers impactful results quickly and helps our clients anticipate what users will expect from them. We believe in the power of this product and view Yext as a premier partner to have.”

The Stagwell agency will leverage Yext’s platform with a luxury retail client to modernize the management of its global footprint of stores. Using Yext technology will allow customers to search in-store inventory in real time and converse with store salespeople. This new premium experience bolsters the brand’s luxury heritage and gives customers a more integrated shopping experience. For another client, the partnership will allow for a creation of a next-level, personalized AI chat-based financial advisor.

“Yext’s adaptability and compatibility have enabled us to become a powerful one-stop-shop for marketing teams,” said Yvette Martinez-Rea, executive vice president corporate development and operations at Yext. “Partnering with a technically savvy creative leader like Code and Theory helps businesses to create engaging content that their customers are asking for and deliver it to them wherever they are asking for it. That dynamic combination allows us to bring real business impact.”

This partnership strengthens Code and Theory’s ability to provide digital transformation solutions for clients. Earlier this year, Code and Theory partnered with Oracle Cloud and also partnered with Figma to provide enhanced digital capabilities for clients.
