BarrettSF Names Four New Partners in Response to a Year of Growth

By Kyle O'Brien

BarrettsSF has promoted four longtime employees to partners in response to new business assignments over the last eight months, including two wins yet to be announced.

Jillian Davis has been promoted to partner, head of strategy, up from associate partner, director of strategy. Todd Eisner rises to partner, executive creative director, from associate partner, creative director. Conor Duignan has been promoted to partner, head of production, from associate partner, head of production, and Molly Warner has been upped to partner, head of people, from associate partner, head of people.

“For the last five-plus years, Molly, Jillian, Todd and Conor have been leading barrettSF to greater heights. They are our heart and brains and soul,” Jamie Barrett, founder and chief creative officer, said in a statement.

Davis has been at the center of campaigns for the San Francisco agency, including Walmart’s rebranding and employee-recruitment campaign, “This is that place,” and cause-based initiatives for barrettSF, including CoachArt, StandUp2Cancer, NIVA and Drop a Brick. As a leader of the agency’s new business team, she has helped the agency win and retain strong relationships with Sutter Health, Cost Plus World Market, Walmart, LifeStraw, and many others. She was previously at Minnesota-based agencies Carmichael Lynch and Mono.

Eisner has been the lead creative on barrettSF accounts including Rubio’s Coastal Cuisine, the XFL and WWE 2K for the past five years, working with stars such as Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey, Hulk Hogan—and he even wrote a song for Snoop Dogg. His employer brand campaign for Walmart runs in 27 countries and has been translated into 11 different languages. He also co-authored the children’s book The Pumpkin and the Pantsuit, which peaked at #33 on the Amazon sales charts.

Duignan has produced campaigns for the NBA, Xfinity, the California Milk Processor Board (“got milk?”), Chevrolet and others. He began his career in account services, but quickly moved to production, working alongside Barrett at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, then joined the barrettSF family as head of Production.

Prior to being appointed to her people role in 2019, Warner spent 14 years working in strategic management on the account side and served as head of account service at barrettSF. During her time at the agency, she has led a long list of clients including Chime, Rubio’s Coastal Grill, Meyer Sound, Salesforce, Exchange Bank and others.

Eisner, Davis and Duignan and Warner were named associate partners in 2017, and earlier this year, Matt Hofherr, half of the duo that created Muh-tay-zik / Hof-fer, came to barrettSF as partner and president.
