“Hands can do incredible things” is the mantra in this new Ad Council PSA for Hands Only CPR, a two-step technique that involves calling 911 and then going to work with your hands on the center of someone’s chest until help arrives. This chipper spot’s centerpiece and best asset is the somewhat impressive display of dexterity by its star, which basically overshadows the message that Hands Only can help those suffering cardiac arrest.
