A Note On Peter Kim

We were talking about Forrester’s research earlier today written by one Peter Kim. Steve Hall gives us a bit more background into Kim when he was the marketing director over at Puma.

“The author of that Forrester study is the same Peter Kim who, years ago, fanned the flames over a spoof ad turning it into one of the most famous examples of exactly how not to deal with bloggers and maintaining “control” over message in a day and age when that is now not so easily controlled.”
