Apple has been a tastemaker in its own right by utilizing hip tunes for its various iPod ads over the years, and this time, the brand has decided to resurrect the 4-year-old cut “Gold Lion” from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. At the very least, Apple has improved upon its initial iPad teaser which begun airing around Oscars-time this year. It’s an interesting song choice even despite the lack of Karen O’s vocal contribution.
