Bryan Queen has been named news director for Columbia, SC, NBC affiliate WIS.
Queen comes to WIS from WROC in Rochester, NY, where he was news director.
WIS general manager Donita Todd told TVSpy Queen starts one week from Monday on September 9.

Before working at WROC, Queen was a news manager at News14 Carolina. From 2003-2007, he was a planning producer at MSNBC. He has also worked at NBC News Channel, WXII in Winston-Salem, NC, and WLOS in Asheville, NC.
