Rikki-Klaus-JPGToday is reporter Rikki Klaus‘ last day at Orlando NBC affiliate WESH, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

Klaus is leaving the station after two years for a new gig in the ATL. More specifically, she’ll be working at WSB, the ABC affiliate in Atlanta.

“For almost two years, I woke up before 3 a.m. five days a week to either report or anchor on ‘WESH 2 News Sunrise.'” Klaus told Sentinel reporter Hal Boedeker. “So, I mostly experienced Orlando before my 5 p.m. bedtime.”

Klaus told Boedeker there’s plenty she’ll miss about living in Florida, but that she “can’t wait to discover the future possibilities in Atlanta and enjoy every moment.”

Prior to joining WESH, Klaus was a reporter at WPTV, the NBC affiliate in West Palm Beach, Fla.
