The NBC Owned Television Stations have promoted Meredith McGinn to senior vice president of COZI TV Network and LX.TV Productions and Jeff Kurtz to senior vice president of digital media and multicast sales.

Both McGinn and Kurtz were previously vice presidents at the NBC Owned Television Stations. McGinn joined the group in 2011 and has led the development and launch of COZI TV, which is now available in 47.5 million homes. Before that, she was the director of news and content at WNBC in New York City.

“Over the last year-and-a-half, Meredith has done a tremendous job growing COZI TV from a concept into a successful network that is receiving great feedback from both viewers and affiliates,” Valari Staab, president of NBC Owned Television Stations, said in a statement. “This well-deserved promotion reflects COZI TV’s success to date as well as its exciting future under Meredith’s leadership.”
