A few months after he left, meteorologist Don Paul is coming back to local TV.
The Buffalo news reports Paul has verbally agreed to work part-time for local ABC affiliate WKBW.

Sources said he is expected to primarily become the meteorologist on weekend nights for Channel 7 in September. During the college football season carried by ABC, he will work Sundays. After the football season ends, he will work both Saturday and Sunday. It wouldn’t be surprising if he also did vacation fill-in work and appeared during any storm coverage.
The News says Mike Randall, who is the current weekend evening meteorologist is expected to be named the meteorologist for the station’s new weekend morning newscast in the fall.
Paul left WIVB in March after working there for 28 years.
