Hartford meteorologist Justin Goldstein was arrested today on child pornography charges.
NBC-owned station WVIT reports Goldstein was arrested while at work.
His station, ABC affiliate WTNH reported the news by saying, “We need to tell you about a story involving a WTNH employee. Connecticut State Police arrested Meteorologist Justin Goldstein Wednesday on charges of possession of child pornography and promoting a minor in an obscene performance.”

“We are deeply concerned by the allegations,” said WTNH GM Mark Higgins. “Until the matter is resolved, Justin Goldstein is suspended from his duties at WTNH.”
Goldstein has posted a $200,000 bond. His court date is Tuesday, July 26.
