‘We’ve Done a Great Service to Any of Those With Romantic Desires’

Michael Smith and Jemele Hill, who co-host His & Hers on ESPN 2, have partnered up with Slacker Radio for His & Hers Music Station. The sports newsers will add commentary over their hand-picked, curated playlist comprised of their favorite songs and artists. The duo calls it sexy “grown folks music.”

“His & Hers is a relationship show, and considering how much we discuss relationship issues, and how they relate to sports, we’d like to think this is yet another way that people can get a sneak peek into our philosophies on this subject matter,” said Hill. “Let’s not even make this complicated: We’ve done a great service to any of those with romantic desires. We’ve laid out the perfect blueprint.”

Smith is married with three children and calls Hill a “confident single lady.” They aren’t the first ESPN personalities with curated content on Slacker, as Jon Gruden has already joined celebrities such as the cast of FX’s Archer, John Legend and many others.

Hill also makes regular appearances on ESPN, including First Take and Outside the Lines. Smith regularly appeared on ESPN studio programs as an NFL reporter and insider, including SportsCenter and NFL Live.
