Marvel will publish a new Deadpool vs. Gambit mini-series. According to the Marvel Minute web show, the first of five issues will be released in June 2016.
Here’s more from ComicBook.com: “Writers Ben Acker and Ben Blacker (Thunderbolts) and artist Danilo Beyruth (Gwenpool) will tell tales of Deadpool and Gambit’s time as conmen working together on jobs just long enough to stab each other in the back. While details remain under wraps for now, it turns out Wade and Remy have known each for a long time.”
The Deadpool film adaptation, starring Ryan Reynolds, has been breaking box office records since its opening weekend. Comic book fans will soon see Channing Tatum as the titular protagonist in a Gambit film adaptation due out in 2017. (via The Hollywood Reporter)
