Toronto’s GJP Goes Out with Liquidation Fire Sale

By Kiran Aditham

Everything must go! No, this is not one of those loud Crazy Eddie ads, but a promo for a fire sale being put on by Toronto-based agency Gee, Jeffrey & Partners, which is closing up shop after nearly 20 years. Here, GJ&P namesake and Telly Savalas lookalike Alan Gee takes us through the offices and tells us that literally everything is for sale, even his British accent.

If you happen to be wandering around 154 Pearl Street in Toronto, say around noon-5pm on Nov. 18, you can purchase goods ranging from awards and furniture to toupees and stale cookies with all proceeds going to Jake’s House for children with autism. If anything, this clip teaches us that speaking like you’re from across the pond works wonders during a pitch.
