SS+K Adds Senior Copywriter Steve Street

SS+K appointed Steve Street as a senior copywriter.

Street joins the agency from The VIA Agency, where he has served as a creative director since June of 2011, working with brands including 1800 Tequila, Greenpeace, Heinz and TD Ameritrade. Prior to joining The VIA Agency, he spent four years with Ogilvy Sydney as a senior copywriter, working with brands such as Coca-Cola, Purina, Telstra, American Express, Nestlé and Qantas, winning Gold and Bronze Lions for his work on the latter. That followed a yearlong stint as a freelance copywriter for Ogilvy Japan, working on Unilever, Audi and JetStar.

“We look for people who believe in SS+K and have the talent and experience to contribute to what we are trying to accomplish,” said SS+K partner and CCO Bobby Hershfield.  “Steve’s enthusiasm and background was dead on.”
