Eunice Elliott has been promoted from traffic reporter to news anchor at WVTM.
“Eunice is a central part of our news team; a consummate professional who consistently delivers beyond expectations,” said WVTM president and GM Hank Price. “We’re proud of her for earning this promotion, and happy to trust her with additional responsibility.”
Elliott will co-anchor with Brooke Smith on the morning show, replacing Ken Lass who announced his retirement from the Birmingham, Ala. NBC affiliate in January. She started at the station in August 2013.
