WSBT Reporter Leaves for Radio Job

bohn on radio_croppedWSBT reporter Denise Bohn has left the South Bend, Ind. CBS affiliate for a job in radio.

“I am excited to take on a new adventure in Southwest Michigan as morning co-host for 98.3 the Coast radio,” she told viewers on her facebook page. “I will also be working on a new project that will take news in Southwest Michigan to a new level.”

According to the station, Bohn was diagnosed with breast cancer nearly six years ago. The one-time intern on the first incarnation of the Arsenio Hall Show first worked at WSBT from 1999 until 2003. She came back to WSBT in 2011 as a freelance reporter.
