Scott Morrison has been named local sales manager for Tampa independent station WMOR.
He’s been the national sales manager at WMOR since 2011. Before that, he was sales manager of Retail and Entertainment at WFLA in Tampa. He’s also worked for Media General, the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning and arena league football team the Tampa Bay Storm as well as the National Basketball Association.
“During Scott’s tenure as National Sales Manager, over the last four years, he’s done a tremendous job growing our brands and building strong partnerships with our clients” said Sarah Tyrrell , WMOR’s gsm. “I’m thrilled to announce his promotion today. We look forward to his continuing contributions as he now leads our local sales efforts.”
