West Palm Beach, Fla., sales manager Ryan Rothstein is moving up within the Hearst Television family.

He’s leaving WPBF for WPTZ-WNNE, where he’ll become the duopoly’s president and general manger.

“Ryan is truly a homegrown product of Hearst Television; he has succeeded at every position while at WPBF and has displayed leadership skills that have helped fuel the station’s thriving success,” said Hearst Television president Jordan Wertlieb. “With significant investment over the last few years, WPTZ and WNNE are poised for even more growth, and Ryan is an outstanding selection to lead our team.”

Rothstein is a 23-year WPBF veteran who’s spent most of his career with Hearst. He started as an intern at WPBF and grew into a major player for the station. He joined the station as a full-time account executive in 1997.

WPTZ’s former president, Justin Antoniotti, was appointed president and general manager of WGAL, Hearst’s NBC affiliate serving the Lancaster-Harrisburg-Lebanon-York, Pa., television market.
