KABB meteorologist Robert Luna no longer works at the San Antonio Sinclair-owned Fox affiliate.
“Last week, meteorologist Robert Luna was told his position as KABB’s backup weather anchor, one he’s held for nearly two decades, was being eliminated,” reports the San Antonio Express-News. “The reason given? ‘Budget cuts,’ Luna said in a phone chat.”
Luna had worked at KABB since 1999. A couple of weeks ago, WOAI anchor Evy Ramos said she was fired from the KABB sister station.

When asked about the mood in the newsroom after the cuts, Ramos said, “They’re on edge. People are just worried.”
