Tropical Storm Imelda slammed Texas and forced KBMT, the Tegna station in Beaumont, to evacuate all their employees.
12 News Now producer Ben Parsons posted videos of the flooding and evacuation on Twitter.
“We are having to end wall to wall coverage on Imelda and evacuate our building due to flooding,” he wrote.
The video shows employees walking through ankle-high water in the hallways and loading up in cars to get the to backup facility.
Early on Thursday, all team members were safe in the facility.
