Tom Leyden is joining Boston FOX affiliate WFXT.
Leyden is the lead sports anchor for WXYZ in Detroit, Mich. He told The Detroit News the move was, “The most difficult decision I’ve ever made, without question. If I could pick up my job in Detroit and move it to that location, I would have.”
Before starting at WXYZ in 2004, he worked at WFMZ in Allentown, Pa. He has also worked as a sales and marketing manager for the NHL, and as a publishing account executive for the NFL.
