The video of a man kissing WAVE reporter Sara Rivest helped cops track down the stranger and charge him with assault.
He’s been identified as Eric Goodman and has been charged with harassment with physical contact.
Rivest announced the news on Twitter and also said Goodman wrote her an apology letter.
The video from her live shot over the weekend showed Goodman walking up to Rivest during her hit, pretending to spank her and then kissing her.
She plans to read the apology on the evening news tonight.
