Philly’s Fox 29 Rebrands 6 P.M. Newscast as The Six

By Stephanie Tsoflias Siegel

Fox 29 in Philadelphia is getting rid of the traditional news format at 6.

It’s not the first time a station has done this. As TVSpy reported, WKYC in Cleveland, Ohio, rebranded almost every newscast.

WTXF‘s new 6 p.m. show, The Six, promises to be faster paced and feature more viewer commentary through selfie video submissions, among other things.
