Tessa DiTirro has been promoted to weekend morning anchor and reporter at WEWS in Cleveland.
DiTirro is a Cleveland native, who first joined the ABC affiliate in July 2023 as a news reporter and fill-in anchor.
“I’m so excited for the opportunity to get Northeast Ohio ready to go as your morning anchor every Saturday and Sunday!” she wrote on Instagram. “Weekends are the BEST in CLE! I hope you’ll join me starting January 13! ”

Before that, she worked at WXMI in Grand Rapids, Mich., and at WKRC in Cincinnati.
