Telemundo Puerto Rico Adds Weather Anchor

Elizabeth Robaina has been hired as weekend weather anchor for WKAQ Telemundo Puerto Rico.

Robaina comes to Telemundo Puerto Rico from KTLM Telemundo Rio Grande Valley. Before that she was a weather anchor at WAPA in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She starts Tuesday, January 19.

“Elizabeth is a seasoned journalist with vast experience in forecasting weather and meteorological changes in Puerto Rico and in the United States,” said Dialma Santiago, news director of Telemundo Puerto Rico. “Along with Teledoppler, the most accurate and powerful radar in the Caribbean, Elizabeth will help us deliver the best and most relevant meteorological forecasts for our viewers in Puerto Rico, so they can stay ahead of all the weather changes happening in the island.”
