KSTS Telemundo 48 Area de la Bahia will start airing a new weekly half-hour sports show called Noticiero Telemundo 48: Edición Deportiva.
Sports anchor Gabriel Sotelo (pictured right) and news anchor Juan Francisco Ramirez (left) will host the show which first airs tomorrow night at 11 p.m.
“The Bay Area is one of the most dynamic sports markets in the country and we are committed to providing our Spanish-speaking viewers the best sports content and coverage possible,” said Rich Cerussi, president and gm of Telemundo 48. “We look forward to introducing this new show to our viewers with the very best Bay Area sports news and analysis.”
The San Francisco Bay Area is home to seven pro sports teams, including the San Francisco Giants, the NBA’s Golden State Warriors and the San Jose Sharks.
