Alicia Elsner has been promoted from director of sales to president and GM of TEGNA-owned St. Louis NBC affiliate KSDK.
“Alicia’s leadership has been instrumental to KSDK over the years,” said Lynn Beall, executive vice president and chief operating officer, TEGNA Media. “She is well respected by our employees, committed to clients’ success, active in the St. Louis community and lives our 5 On Your Side brand through and through.”
Elsner started at KSDK in 1997 as a marketing consultant. Three years later she was named director of business development and went on to being named director of sales six years later.

She replaces Marv Danielski who left the station on July 1 after just 14 months there.
