Sierra Fox has been promoted to weekend evening anchor at WTTG in Washington, D.C.

“As they say – ‘go where you’re celebrated, not tolerated & NEVER let ANYONE dull your sparkle,” she wrote in her Twitter announcement of the move. “I feel a strong sense of gratitude.”

Fox has worked at the Fox owned station since 2020.

Before coming to Washington, D.C., Fox worked at WRIC in Richmond, Va., and at WDVM (formerly WHAG) as a bureau reporter in Winchester, Va. She also interned for Good Morning America in New York.
