A lost San Diego toddler was reunited with his mother after he was spotted by a KGTV news crew.
Reporter Marie Coronel said she and her photographer were setting up a live shot in the Barrio Logan neighborhood when they saw the toddler, put him in their live truck and called police. The cops found his parents after a door-to-door search.
